Executive Chef Clayton Cundiff of The Olde Harbor Inn, Portage Lakes Ohio has been lending his culinary talents to create exceptional quality food for your dining pleasure for the last 6 years. A graduate of Kent State University class of 2002, Clayton found his passion in food.
Whether he is creating a tasting menu to match Vintner selections for an outstanding wine dinner, Winning Fox 8 News Akron/Canton's #1 Seafood Restaurant award in 2007 and 2008, participating in Chefs Dream Dinner in 2007 as well as participating and Hosting the Chefs Dream Dinner 2008 or being named a Flavors of Ohio Award Winning Chef in 2004 and 2005 Clayton is always raising the bar for your culinary delight.
Clayton can be found helping with the Culinary Advisory Committee at the Portage Lakes Career Center, Judging the Taste of NFL, and Various local benefits in addition to being a hands on Chef at The Harbor.

The Loft, Newly Renovated Banquet Facilities
The newly renovated Loft banquet room is the perfect venue for patrons looking to host small-to-medium sized social functions in a fun, scenic atmosphere. The principal feature of the Loft is a newly installed wall of windows overlooking the lake.
Olde Harbor Inn owner Steve Burroughs said, "We wanted to create an area for private dining and banquets that would take advantage of the celebrated views of Portage Lakes." While the former space had a few windows, the new Loft has almost 30 feet of windows overlooking the lake. Additionally, the entrance to the Loft has been remodeled and the entire room painted.
The banquet menu features creations from Executive Chef Clayton Cundiff.
